Ingredients
300g frozen mixed berries
2 frozen banana
250ml almond milk
2 scoops vanilla protein powder (vegan if required)
2 tbsp ground flax
1 tbsp black chia seeds
2 tbsp almonds, chopped
Preparation
Reserve a handful of berries for serving.
Add the remaining berries, banana, almond milk, protein
powder and ground flax to the blender and blitz until
smooth.
Transfer to two serving bowls, top with reserved berries,
chia seeds and almonds.
