Why did I start?
From the very first day I trained my first client - a willing guinea pig friend - I saw first-hand the power of belief. Helping someone realise their potential, push past their limits, and grow stronger, both physically and mentally, was an experience that changed everything for me.
What started as a simple favour quickly became a passion. Week by week, I watched him get fitter, stronger, and more confident. His mindset shifted, his motivation grew, and he began to truly believe in himself.
Three months later, he was a completely different person - dropping from 16 stone to 12.5 stone, doubling his strength, and transforming his outlook on life. But the best part? He found joy in the journey. That moment made me realise - this is what I’m meant to do.
